luv-mall User Service Terms

Welcome to luv-mall products and services. We operate niche department store products in Australia. These terms constitute a legal agreement between you and us, specifying the rights and obligations of both parties. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to all the terms outlined below.

1. Scope of Services

We provide niche department store product sales, delivery, and after-sales consultation services, with service coverage limited to within Australia.

We comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and relevant regulatory requirements, cooperating with the ACCC, to provide high-quality and transparent services.

3. Order Terms

Order Modification: Orders can be modified by contacting customer service within 12 hours of placement. Orders entering the fulfillment process after 12 hours cannot be modified. Please carefully review your order before submission.

Shipping and Delivery: Orders with available stock are shipped within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and Australian public holidays, during which shipping may be delayed). After shipment, estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days. Force majeure events may cause minor delays.

4. Pricing and Taxes

Product Prices: All listed prices include Australian taxes. There are no hidden fees. The displayed payment amount is the total amount payable.

Customs Duties: Customs duties are subject to Australian customs policies. Any applicable customs duties are the responsibility of the customer. We will assist in providing necessary order documentation.

Provide true and accurate personal information. Any loss resulting from incorrect information is your responsibility.
